Fluent Homes, Inc. is a development company located in Manhattan Beach, California that is owned and operated by Alex Bourgon and Curtis Holliman. The two lifelong residents of Manhattan Beach and longtime friends complement one another beautifully as a building team. Alex Bourgon
More than 10 years ago Alex began his career in home building here in Manhattan Beach, California. As a Manhattan Beach native Alex has a well-developed understanding of local building codes and a respect for his community. Alex’s daily onsite presence is focused on the micro and overseeing all finite construction detail. The son of a successful local real estate developer and engineer Alex has naturally picked up where his father left off. Alex is a loyal patriot and served in the US Navy alongside US Marines as an FMF Corpsman. His intrinsic problem solving skills, discipline and attention to the finer details developed in the military are effectively being put to use in the execution of all FLUENT HOMES.
Curtis Holliman
Curtis Holliman is President and CEO of Fluent Homes, Inc. with over 10 years experience in building and managing custom homes.. This contractor/entrepreneur uses a style of management that is best described as aggressive. He believes a daily onsite presence combined with an orderly job site is essential for building high level custom homes. Diligence, creativity, accountability and a steadfast focus are attributes that make him a dynamic leader and keep Curtis at the vanguard of the finest up and coming builders in Los Angeles.
